2. A place where a community dialogue occurs, perhaps a sacred ground 3. CVCC's Online Literary Journal This Polis has its namesake in the Acropolis, the great meeting-place of the Greek islands. This is a place where literary accomplishment by CVCC students in the forms of poetry, non-fiction, and fiction can be presented to the general public.
