The Story Isn't Right

Is this how You meant it to be
Pain, Hurt, Sorrow, is all there is
Feelings get in the way
Black hearts will rule all of this
Days I wonder why You made me
To live a life of haze I can't see
Stop this torture I want to get release
The story isn't right.
There's too much suffering and disease
Now get the story right
Will the story have a happy ending
Will the princess get prince charming
The white horse comes at a fast pace
But passes and gallops away
My heart is turning to stone
My feelings are dead I'm alone
Where's the ending will life get better
Will it make sense or die forever
Who made You the story-teller
Did a priest anoint You with water
I'm sick of the lies the churches are telling
I'll make my own story or die trying
