Fallen angel
With broken wings
How beautifully flawed you are.

Your halo is cracked
Your garment torn
You’ve fallen so far from heaven.

Risen above
The cardinal pool
Of sorrow and savagery.

Back to back
Beyond the mirror
The twisted doppelganger.

Make me drop my knives
Make me drift in a bewildered gaze
Of awe and disillusion.

Stay here by my side
Hold my blood stained hands
Kiss me and make me complete.

Wrap your arms around me
Let me touch you
And send a chill right through your spine.

Please be the darkness that shines through me
And let me be the light that darkens your soul.
