Words of love and hate
Fill the void that lives inside me
I can’t speak at all

So many feelings
Deep within my heart and soul
I can’t show a thing

Crying way deep down inside
The pain is overwhelming
I can’t shed a tear

Unable to speak
Too much hurt inside
I can’t make a sound

Slicing thru my skin
I watch the blood welling up
I can’t see a thing

Razor sharpness feels so good
The alcohol pad drips happily
The blade slides across again

Finally I can feel.
