Soulless
Chris DeFord

The self that rises shall find the soul within thy self
But, the self that falls without the rise is subjected to damnation
This cycle of rise and fall is life itself.
Life is what makes us
Yet, it is what seems to break us
To find ourselves is to embrace the evil within
Only then can harmony release all sin
It is the soulless self that designs the epitome of hell
To evade this fiery pit, we tend to bury our past mistakes
But, if we cover up who we were, we cannot know who we are
And, in not knowing who we are, we truly are…
Soulless
